is not on my side....just got car back from the dealership because it got wrecked on black ice, and i just found a dent on it that was NOT there before...it looks like they dropped a tool or something on it...im so pissed off.....im going to be there right when they open tomorrow and they better fix it....watch CNN and if you hear about a mass murder in ohio, it means they refused to fix my car
Dealerships take pictures for the Insurance companies normally, look at those. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DONT BE A DICK when you walk in. Dealerships can screw you in more ways than one. Stay calm and talk to the people in the chain of command and don't ask for a manager untill you've exhausted every option through every person.
i dont want to file it on insurance since i filed a claim last week and thats the reason my car was even in the shop.... the guy is real cool and hes helped me and my dad out all the time....he even shops around to get us good deals and he cut me a few hundred dollar discount on the repairs i just had done....im hoping they will man up and take care of it....it isnt anything big that will require body work and paint, it just needs one of those things that fixes tiny dents without hurting paint, the scratch is only through the clear so im sure they could buff it out...im still not happy though
** the dent is about the size of a 50 cent piece

I bought a new car once, & the lot person that was delivering it had a screwdriver in his pocket & punched a hole in the leather. When I told/showed the salesman the damage, they were just going to patch it. We had a large argument about that one. They only relented & agreed to replace the seat after I started to walk down to the finance dept. to cancel the deal. So yeah, ya gotta watch those stealerships, they`ll screw you if they can[:@]
Then just talk to him. It's your car do what you like. Even if he's a nice guy, do you really want someone that wouldn't take responsibility for his shops actions? It's not asking too much of you.
BTW I meant Dealerships take pictures for IC. I didn't say file a claim.
