Did you disconnect your battery before installation? It is said that you must do this, then reconnect it so the car can learn the new idle with the new throttle body and plenum installed.

That's one thing...the other thing you should do is make sure there is still a little bit of slack in the throttle cable. if the cable is pulled taut at idle, it could be leaving the throttle stuck open instead of closed.
What RPM is it wanting to idle at?
Disconnect the battery for a minute or so, while you're waiting to plug it back in, check the slack in the cable. The cable should be tight enough to where it allows the butterfly on your throttle body to close all the way. But not so much slack to where there's a bunch of dead space.

Watched the video again, doesn't really sound like it idles high but sounds more like the RPMs hang for a long time. Some people with the Accufab units have had complaints about something just like this...is your car a stick or auto?

stick...but it idles around 1200 then drops to around 600..this goes on for the whole time...and when im cruising down the road there are times when im going to shift that the rpms dont even drop between shifts
