Did you disconnect your battery before installation? It is said that you must do this, then reconnect it so the car can learn the new idle with the new throttle body and plenum installed.

The High idle is because your aftermarket T/B is not metering the air as well as the stock one. A common problem. Either that or the idle screw isn't adjusted right.

That's one thing...the other thing you should do is make sure there is still a little bit of slack in the throttle cable. if the cable is pulled taut at idle, it could be leaving the throttle stuck open instead of closed.

What RPM is it wanting to idle at?

Disconnect the battery for a minute or so, while you're waiting to plug it back in, check the slack in the cable. The cable should be tight enough to where it allows the butterfly on your throttle body to close all the way. But not so much slack to where there's a bunch of dead space.

Crap

Watched the video again, doesn't really sound like it idles high but sounds more like the RPMs hang for a long time. Some people with the Accufab units have had complaints about something just like this...is your car a stick or auto?

vvvv right on derf, didn't see your other post. [8D]

Why do you think I asked about the cable slack? I'm already ahead of you [8D]
