I've got a '99 Cobra which has the "MUSTANG" bumper cover instead of "COBRA" (don't ask me why they did that). What is everybody's feelings on getting the "MUSTANG" lettering for it? I love the way the S/S looks but I don't want people who don't knowthat '99's have "MUSTANG"to think I have a Fobra. Any thoughts? Buying an '03 COBRA bumper cover is out of the question because I have better things to spend my $$ on.

find a wrecked cobra or buy a 01 cobra bumper. im sure you can find one on ebay. doesnt have to be 03/04. but if you get Mustang filled in, i have no comments, who cares what other people think, i dont care if its a GT if it has that 32v motor in it, itsa Cobra

thats MO.

That would be a GT with a 4v not a Cobra. A GT is a GT no matter what. Nothing wrong with that, it is just the way it is.

as long as its powered by the cobras 32v motor its considered a cobra in my eyes. lol well then you have to upgradet he steering wheel gauges, bumper, emblems and such on.
