Default Quick IAC mod question

I searched and even checked the iac faq but it is still not clear. If im standing facing the front of the car which side does the smaller drilled hole go? Towards the passenger side or driver's side?

I've never done this mod, but if you are talking about the gasket, I think it would be the driver's side.

Look at this pic, the hole that you see should be on the driver's side when its installed.

Hmmm, I guess I will try driver's side first, if no change then I will reverse...if still no change then I will toss the gasket.

it doesnt matter which side, drill the gasket and then put the gasket side with the hole cooresponding to the hole in the IAC. The IAC is symmetrical and the gasket can be flipped so, technically it doesnt matter, make sense?
