You'll need gears...yea i know..duh. And I would go with this. (or something similar from another site)

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...1&comp=LRS

If you've already got it apart, unless you have less than 40k miles, replace all the bearings and seals. This kit has everything. Then replace the fluid with 3 qts of Royal Purple 75W90 gear oil. You don't need friction modifier because it's already in the royal purple.I bought the gear oil from americanmuscle.com becausethey were cheaper than any local place and they have/had free shipping on it. Also, you'll need a speed cal or a tuner to adjust your speedo. The gears, if you don't already have them, are your choice. I have Richmond gears and don't have any problems at all. Motive and Ford Racing gears are good too. It's all about the install for gears. People sometimes say oh Motive's whine or this brand whines. They only whine because they weren't installed right.

After that, good luck and enjoy!

You have to indicate them with a dial indicator to make sure they are perfectly shimmed so they don't wobble, it can be a PITA. best left to professionals unless you have experence with em.

PITA = Pain in the ***. If you have never done a set of gears before, I suggest either having someone that has help you, or take it in to a shop.
