I'm selling my 180k mile civic to get this GT lol. I already pretty much settled on 6500, but maybe i'll try lowering my asking price.

My basic question is if its well taken care of will it last me another 50k? (dont plan on putting that much on it)

If its well taken care of then it could be just fine for a long time; if you continue to take care of it. I've heard of a lot of mod motors lasting for hundreds of thousands of miles.
fyi - I bought a 98 truck with a 5.4 with 140k on it but was still in mint condition. It now has 195k and runs as strong as it ever did, bc I took care of it.

I think i'm going to bite the bullet and buy this car. hope it doesnt bite me in the ***.

I will try to offer less than 6500 citing the market as my reason, it does seem like this car is worth closer to 6000 given the fact that it's a 99 and that it has high miles on it.

throw in the fact that that its a v8 gas guzzler too, when trying to get/ask for a lower price. and that the price of gas is so high, no one is going to want a v8 gas guzzler, yadda, yadda.
.....i dunno......might help. honestly tho the price seems kind of high to me.

we'll see. I cannot find another GT in my price range, and I am not getting another 4banger. just hope she doesn't blow up on me.

Now I've got to start modding so that I can be faster than my dad's 86 vette.
