i have a 97 gt. how can i get some more horse power without spending a lot of money?

Only 2 real options. PI swap(Heads/Intake) from a 99+ GT will wake the car up and add 40+ hp.

I gained 72 hp at the wheels with a PI swap and a tune. All in all it was under $1,000.
