RE: LCA
I am set up for drag racing but with a few turn of a few ***** I can turn a corner at 40mph and take soft shoulders at 70+. Control arms arn't the biggest deal in auto x suspension. You need good spring rate and shocks/struts. If you put stiffer bushings in the upper control arm it will bind the suspension and make a rear tire come off the ground in hard turns and you will lose traction. If you put solid or polybushings in the lower control arms you will have bad steering problems.
I suggest you get a good control arm with spherical bearings and leave the stock uppers. Get a stiffer spring (230in lbs or higher) and adjustable shocks/struts. That would be the best set up on the cheap for auto x. Best of course iscoilovers.
