What type of battery do you have, do you like it, where did you get it, and what did you pay for it?

Also is there any lightweight batteries that have the same power output, but are lighter?

i got an optima redtop for like 130 from advance....parents paid half... i cant complain...does a great job i left the door open all night on accident and started right up the next day

I have an Optima red top. Like stated above, if you leave something on by accident, the Optima can last way longer than a regular battery. They don't weigh any less than stock, but they are a lot stronger. I wanted a stronger battery since I relocated mine to the trunk.

I actually got my Optima for $25. I work at Advance Auto, and an idiot co-worker tested a customer's Optima wrong and gave them a new battery due to warranty. I tested the Optima the right way and there was nothing wrong with the battery. It wasn't even a week old! So I just bought the battery as a used battery, which Advance sells for $24.99! Every once in a while you may want to call around to your local auto parts stores to see if they have any used Optimas in. The battery I got retailed for $150 new!
