I have not done cam spring so I am not going to try and tell you how hard or not they are, but the cams are very doable. You can find on other sites stickies on doing cams without undoing the front cover, tried it, messed up, do it right the first time.Crank pulley, valve covers, remove the front cover, then undo power steering pump hang it out of way, next is tensioners, cam caps, swap cams and button it all up. This is not all of it just the basic of what needs to happen. I jumped into it by myself and was able to get it done in 8hours with a electric impact gun. I wouldn't pay a guy 800 for a cam install save the money and do it yourself.
