Default wasted 2 hrs and some $$$

I purchased my decals from baltimorestreetmod.
the mach 1 hood cowl = $29
the letter insert = $19
the lower bumper= $19
total $70.

i tried to put them on yesterday and had so much trouble keep them stay on.
today i tried what most guys suggested.
rub it down with alcohol and keep them try.
i wasted 2 hrs and $70 for nothing.
actually, i did manage to finish the bumper insert. but the letters look weird because the cut was not precise.
i am so disappointed in myself.
also disappointed in baltimore. the cut was not precise.
one side of the letter is over size the other is under size.

do you guys have the same problem with other ventors?
i think i'm going to order the bumper insert from AM.
any suggestion?

What do you mean you had trouble keeping them on? Those vinyl stickers are usually tacky. Did you clean the surface with the alcohol and let it dry completely before you tossed the sticker on? Sounds more like user error....sorry bud[&:]

i followed the instructions yesterday and put them on wet.
i did them today the dry way.
rubbed it down with alcohol and waited for it to dry.
they are so hard to do.
the hood decal was cut precisely but i had problem with the bublles.
the letters and the lower bumper black out were not precisely cut.
i got pissed and tossed them away.
do you guys know anywhere to get decals?

I think I bought my stainless steel inserts for like $35 shipped on ebay. They look great and are all stainless, not just coated. Its been 8 months, and I drove it through snow for 2 months and they still look brand new.
