What all tire sizes will fit on stock 17x9 wheels?

from a 245 to a 275 possible up to a 315 depending on the brand

anything over 285 youre pushing its just my opinon. cause 315 is more for a 10.5 wheel

03 cobra wheels ..they need new tires...I have a set of 245/45/17 in the garage with about 70% left or so..would they work for awhile?
