the bolts and stuff only took me about 15-20 mins after jacking and spraying with PB blaster but it was the O2 sensors that took me about 30 minutes!!! My hangs are to big to fit up in there to unhook them. And thats not the worst part, parting them back on takes even longer on the passenger side cuz its so far up and if u have a big hand you cant squeeze them together cuz it moves....i finally just let my gf click them in for me and it was all good other than that easy install, did it 3 times now cuz of inspection and such then putting back on. Get a girl or girly man to use his small hands to do that part from the get go and it would be done in about 30 mins, I recommend PB blaster or WD-40 even if no rust....just makes it that much easier.

I recommend not using an impact wrench on the manifold bolts. Just use a wrench with extensions and a swivel, it's really not hard. Don't use an impact b/c it may round the nuts off like it did on mine. I'm in the process now of trying to get to the nut with something to loosen or break it, but there isn't much room. I've been working on it in all my free time in the last week, and I'm getting nowhere.

On the other hand, I swapped my brothers out on his '99 GT in under an hour using wrench, swivel, and extensions.

Get some break away or some wd40 and soak the manifold bolts down before wrenching on them. It will ease the process a lot. I second that an impact is not a good idea on the manifold bolts. Chances are since the agle is off especially on the passenger side you will either round the nuts off and maybe even snap the studs off in the manifolds. Believe me you don't want either of those to happen.

You know... honestly, the passenger side bolt really wasn't as hard as I thought it would be once I realized nothing was hot and I could just reach my skinny *** hand up in that tight space. With the swivel and all of the extentions it was like trying to hold up a limp dick to attach to the bolt lmao.

I didn't find the 02 sensors to be hard at all. I found it harder to unclip them then to unscrew them hahahaha.
