it looks like a few people gave you the answer already.
from reading the post, it looks like you should go check for vacuum leaks, and if non are found then you need to change out the driver side 02 up by the manifold!
and if you STILL arent sure, then swing by your local mechanic/shop (if you have one...i have only one shop/person than does ALL if any work on my car), tell them about the code, and ask them what you should do!
