It's a 3 stage paint I don't think they'll offer itso you'll have to find something as close as possible.....that's what you'd get anyway even if you did find "E9" touch up.

+1. i had my sister's b/f take my car to his paint shop place so that he could make me a touch up paint, and since our color fades, he couldnt match it. and also bc its a 3stage paint.... so basically, he wasted 1/2 tank of my gas and i got nothing outta it bc the touch up paint is a lot darker [:@]

You won't find it at any parts store. I boughta tubefrom my local Ford dealer, they had to order it. It took about 3 days to get.

Ah I forgot about that!

If I remember correctly, back when I had my laser red V6, there were tiny purply specks in the paint.

Although it depends on the paint system for our PPG paint at my shop there are 8 variations of E9 so if you think about ford trying to make 1 touch up bottle for that much variance chances are it won't match your shade. If it's just small chips though you won't be able to tell unless you're up close, which you would on any touched up chips.

E9 is a hard color to match... The only place I could get it done right was at the FORD dealer. Thats also the only place that I could find Touch up paint.
