I didn't have any problems with them the first time, I just ordered the Bassani O/R x from them, I'll let you know how it goes when it shows up.

They also try to undersell you. Like the guy above said, make sure the EXACT part is in stock. Ask them to repeat your order 5 times, seriously. I was going to buy their C&L plenum/BBK throttle body combo and they said they had them both in stock and ready to ship (put me on hold and went to check and came back 5 minutes later) and then gave me the total price as I was about to give him my credit card info and it was less than their list price so I asked why it was cheaper and he said, "well we don't have the C&L plenum/BBK tb combo so we'll just send you the Professional Products combo." If I hadn't asked again, I would've spent my money for something I didn't want and I find that ridiculous.

Not to mention, their sales reps are incompetent, they don't know anything about their product which to meshows thebiggest lack of professionalism a company can display. All companies have their issues, but rpmoutlet has more complaints than good stories and personally, I'd rather spend an extra $50-100 elsewhere to know I'm getting what I want, when I want it.

I have spent alot of money with rpmoutlet the only time I had any type of problem was with a backordered SLP catback. My dad called them for me and told them I was coming home on leave from Iraq and only had a limited amount of time and they pulled their last catback from another order and sent it to me (sorry if that was you). I have been very happy with rpmoutlet.

Just because people are mad that things didnt go there way blow up and post in on a forum doesnt mean you shouldnt buy from a company. I have heard alot of bad things about texas hot rods but that doesnt mean I wont buy from them cause of it. I wont buy cause they are expensive.

Order from whoever has the best deal. If you get screwed then choose not to buy from them again.
