fixed it. apparently there is a resistor that controls the first 3 speeds on the motor. and i would take it out if i had a fast car like yours.

called a local shop and he told me under the passenger glove box against the fire wall there is a resistor that controls the first three speeds on the a/c motor. went up to ford and bought 3 resistors (2 for my vert top motor). replaced the resistors (was kinda a pain in the a$$) and it works now... maybe its the same for the heat?

i meant 2 relays for the vert top but. actually i hadent fixed it yet when i posted that. but i did a few mins ago and the resistor is right in plain sight under the passenger glove box.. it took 20 seconds to replace and it works fine now
