i just got my 18x10 DD and 18x9 bullitts for my gt and i was wondering is 265/35ZR18 Sumitomo HTR Z II and 285/35ZR18 Sumitomo HTR Z II would be a good selection on tires and sizes?

 

Good for price, yes. Good for performance, No. Good for traction in the rain, mediocre. Road noise is zero. So if you never at the track then they would be fine for a cheap tire in the pinch but if you see the track at all or don't want people to know you're a cheap $ guy then no.
