Default x pipe problems

Still i have a freaking leak. I dont know what to do, ive taken it in and the leak was fixed and then it came back again, ive bought four gaskets.1 from ford and the 3 from fel pro. I dont know why its still leaking. It seems to me that its the bolt right next to the starter that just wont stay tight, or get tight. New Bolt maybe?? i dont know, i want to get a t/b plenum combo, but im not spendin another dime until that leak is gone, its so anoying. Any help or ideas please???

What did the shop say they did to the car each time they "fixed" the leak? Did they claim it was the gasket each time? I would climb under there and check the bolts, if they are getting loose, replace them.

I was thinking that, but what if the x pipe has to come out for lets say transmission problems. It cant be good to constantly cut and weld cut weld all the time can it

how many miles have you put on since the install? I know after I did mine with a new felpro gasket it still sounded like it was leaking, I drove it to heat it up and then put it back on the lift and tightened the bolts one more time. It still sounded like a leak but I just ignored it.I have put probably 2000 miles on since the install and it sounds great. I don't know if maybe the heat from the exhaust sealed up any small leaks that were there? Can't be sure, but put some miles on it drive it for awhile see if that helps?
