i dont know where you are and what your emissions test is like because it varies by county, but where i live and in the next town in maryland, ive had plenty of people tell me they passed with them...some of them even welded them on after the rear O2 sensor and still passed. and it always helps to know a guy that does emissions if you know what i mean. butid say its worth a shot. and if they do fail you, just hollow out your stock cats and weld them in there.

 

Mine passes inspection every year thanks to inspection station my family has been going to for the last 20 yrs. When I first bought my car (used) it came with aoff road H pipe on it. I would've never known that until afriend of mine noticed how much louder the exhaust sounded over a stock GT. I knew it had the factory ford mufflers on it but not the H pipe. Yea, it did soundbetter but Iremember the flowmastersI had on my 71 Chevelle and liked the sound so I had 40 series flowmasters installed.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-CjgDJw1rA. When I travel long distances like NJ or VA my ears are ringing and I have a headache from the interior noise.
