my 2 cents, adjustable lower control arms(adjustment of instant center), tubular uppers, 4.10's with 31 splines, some kind of rear soft spring, coilovers, stockers cut, etc with 50/50 shocks, 90/10 struts up front with some coilovers, removal of front sway bar, simple intake, full exhaust, tune, slicks out back with skinnies up front. tubular k member/a arms too. I beleive that used to be my list before I decided to sell. oh and a descent driver behind the wheel always helps

see this is where I disagree with most people. I think it's best NOT to use a soft rear spring. That is what causes the car to squat on the launch. You do not what the car to squat and that's why many people run an airbag. I chose to go with stiff rear springs and my car barely squats at all. Also you want to go with double adjustable uppers so you can set the pinion angle.

well are you going to install the stuff yourself or have a shop do it??? i think that a set of ported heads and cams, drag shocks, drag radials, full exhaust, gears, and some weight reduction should put you well into the 12s. my friend with lowering springs, full exhaust, k&n intake, 4.10's ran 12.82 on nitto dr's. so i think that heads and cams would put you well into the mid 12's.

I could see the argument for a more firm rear, but soft front, whats your logic behind that?

that soft front will allow the front end to rise and transfer the weight on the rear wheels for more traction.
