Default The BIG Question!!!

Okay I have a 2001 GT and I am finally at the point where I need more power and have the money to do so!

I plan on doing a 4v swap (03-04 cobra heads), a nice set of cams, and a .10 over forged piston and rod kit, and all the necessary basic upgrades.

But my question is should i go with the supercharger, single mid size turbo, or two small turbos???

I am looking for anywhere from 500-800rwhp.

Help please.

Depends on how much money you have to spend.

i would just go with getting your motor bored out .30 over and blueprinted, get a forged rotating assembly(good for up to 1000hp), stage 3 heads and turbo cams, and a set of twin turbos from hellion. then you are going to need to get fuel system and driveline upgrades like clutch and stuff like that. and throw a new tranny in there as well. you are probably gonna spend more between 15k-20k before everything is said and done. especially if you have someone else do the work. but go 2v not 4v.

Thats not gonna buy much. Maybe a forged shortblock, heads, cams, and vortech system with mild fuel system and let you make around 500-550rwhp.
If you want turbos get another $10,000 togather.

Isn't that ridiculous, you can't get much done with 10k these days.

for 10k i just got on MMRs site, got the 600hp shortblock, went to CMS got fox lake stage 2 heads and 2v blower cams, cam gears, valve springs, FULL suspension setup from AM+ 31 spline dif axels with driveshaft and flywheel.

for 1500 more u can build a vortech system buying everything separate and have a pretty mean ride id say u get a bit more than it seems
