Ford Rated the rods at 450bhp and when you put down 400rwhp, thats ~470bhp.....
370rwhp is about 435bhp. Thats just my .02

go forged on that.. you can run more boost.
boost + forged internals = power to the ground.

My options look like this, I most likely will be going forged with a Cam. Futher down the line will go supercharger with dope(nitrous).....
