idle problem?

idle problem?

Sometimes When I am stopped not in gear(5 speed) at idle my car revs up and the goes way down then leading to it stalling. What could this be? I have 91k miles!

IAC issue, bad vacum leak, fuel delivery issue, throttle position sensor, those are the more common things to check for first.
