its not just for the 99-00's i did it on my 02, i moved it back an inch. but its more noticeable with the 99-00 spoiler than the newer ones.

Yeah, I wanna do the spoiler mod soon. A guy I work with has an '01 GT and did the spoiler mod and I like the way it looks. Thanks for the feedback. I'll post some pics of the front and rear of the car with the grille inserts and chrome 'MUSTANG' bumper inserts.
