I recently started looking into nitrous systems containing 10lb bottles, however I have a small concern. Were can I mount it with the Mach 1000 audio system. Do you think it will fit between the amp rack and the back seats. Or do you think I'll have to take out the spare and mount the SOB right in the middle of the trunk. I would like to have some what or trunk space for a bag or somthing. Any suggestions or experiences with this problem. And no, im not removing the system. If you want post some pics of were you have ur bottle mount if your running nitrous.

It should be mounted at an angle so I doubt it will fit under the amp rack, but you could probably mount it sideways next to the amp rack and keep some trunk space.

maybe in your backseat, I dont think It will fit back there.

I think that beside the speaker would be easiest. Your options are somewhat limited if you want to keep all that in the trunk.

I was wondering where to mount a bottle as well if I ever got spray. I think between the rear seats and the amp rack there would be enough space. I love the mach 1000, but I wish it didnt take up all our trunk space.

take out the spare, and mount it in the space. Cut a sheet of ply wood and custom fit it around the area leaving a nice area for you to show off the bottle. Use the trunk carpet to cover the ply wood to give it a nice finish. That way you have a flat area to place a bag and make it look nice. good luck with it.

Ya could wait until the POS Mach 1000 breaks and you get pissed and rip it all out. Then you could put the bottle wherever you want.
