LGT vs GT
#31
I've driven manual cars before, just never raced them really. I have normal shifting down but that is slow. I shift very slow and I'm easy on the trany during normal driving, I guess I should try fast shifting normally and see how it helps. Plus this is my first rear wheel drive car too, only had it a year. Front wheel drive cars aren't the same, lol.
Oh I do have a short throw shifter a PRO 5.0 one, it does the trick. bought it used for 80 bucks, took it apart and regeased it and it shifts like new. I just installed a 180 thermostat in the stang today too runs the same temp (just about) thought it would run a little colder.
Oh Bman2000, the light thing. Would it be a better idea to let the light turn and then start when I'm ready (does the time start from the light or when you roll across the staging sensors?)
