were gonna try and fit it under the hood i have now

it wont stick out as far as that one, i have a 1" k member spacer so it sits an inch lower


if that doesnt work ill be rollin with no hood until mine sells, then ill have to buy a 4" lift off

the one i have now is 3", and i think it will be fine

 

words cannot explain how bad i want to hear and see ur car finished. if i remember correctly u are getting rid of a/c, power steering and everything like that correct?

and yea, im getting rid of power steering, power brakes, and a/c.... keeping heat, and all my power locks and stuff

 

i have never driven a car that didnt have power steering, whats it like. y are u gettin rid of it?

 

at a stop its like turning a ****ing cruise ship, it sucks...at speed its fine

i have a quick ratio rack going in though, so it shouldnt be too bad at all, almost like having power steering

ditching it because of the weight, and because i dont want to spend the ridiculous amount of cash it would cost to hook up a PS system to this 460....and since the brakes are hydroboost and run off power steering, i had to convert those to manual brakes

 

so u are basically just building a drag car, not a dd

 

only because its gonna get 6-10mpg....other than that, it will drive fine on the street, and i intend to drive it on the street

the steering rack im putting in will make it drive just as if it has PS...3 turns lock to lock...theres a reason i dropped $700 in a steering rack
