Lightbulb Quick Question

I want to get rid of my 02 Mustang GT convertible, but i dont want to spend too much more money than i get for it to buy another mustang. I was thinking about buying a 96-98 Cobra. And from what ive heard, the 96-98 Cobras are the cars that came with the Teksid blocks. Is this true??? I want to know if buying one of these cars would be a decent upgrade and a decent platform to build off of, because in the future, i will be coming into a sizeable amount of money and plan on building this car up. So if anyone has any suggestions, insight on my question, or any ideas of what car to buy that is still a mustang for not too much more than what my car would sell for. Thanks guys, i appreciate it.
