Using underdrive pulleys on a FI car will spin the blower slower and take away power.

You should post up a video of your car so we can hear it. And if you would put a supercharger on your car, you dont want to underdrive your supercharger...youre gonna wanna overdrive it. The smaller/lighter the pulleys are, the more you'll underdrive the supercharger...thus making less boost and less power. So youre gonna wanna put a heavier one back on the crankshaft at least. You can go back to stock or you can upgrade to like a mach 1 crank pully or something like that.

I have heard a mustang with straight pipes and it sounds like a truck.

18 lbs of boost on a cobra barely puts 600 hp to the ground. What makes you think any less will make 600 rwhp on a 2V?

Below is a the sig from Scubasteve.

"02 silver KB 440rwhp GT=BOOM!(sold)
04 sonic blue GT-T trim 20psi-601rwhp MMR 900=BOOM!
04 cobra motor swap..pully,exhaust,intake,tune-450rwhp-476rwtq=runnin perfect tuned by PSR!
i have great luck!..not"

Notice: Trim 20 psi-601rwhp. So that's what you need to make 600 rwhp.
