+1 all new edge mustangs have an electric one.

Another difference was the heads, the mid 01+'s have 4 extra spark plug threads to prevent the plug blowout problems. But that's not related to the transmission,

Ok so if I have a tremec 3650 with the 6 bolt flywheel will that all mate up to a 99 engine without any fabrications? I'm trying to figure out if I can bolt it up without any problems?

Can I swap an exhaust system from a 03 to a 99 (BBK LT's, Pypes shorty ORH, Borla catback)?

If I put the 3650 tranny in my 99, will It require the computer from the car that has the 3650?
