i would go threw kb that is what i did and if you have mechanic skills i suggest you and buddy doing it, it will save you atleast 1500. there is no need for a retune with their chips they are pretty much dead accurate, a little rich at idle but that is it. wot my a/f was 11.5 which is good. so basically 5k for the kit plus 100 for shipping, your deff going to need one range cooler plugs, and a couple of gallons of antifreeze with distilled water. other than that it is a true complete kit unlike other s/c kits which require dyno tuning, which there is nothing wrong with that, i just recently got mine custom tuned basically to get a little more out of her and to see what are my numbers.

Well i say P+P heads bc the way it sounds, he is doing this on a budget. The new trick flow heads are going to carry a price tag of around $2,000 just for the heads alone. where as he could do P+P heads with cams for $1,800 assembled. So it will be a good bit cheaper for the P+P heads but they will flow just a little less than the trick flow heads.

Definitely the blower first because of the power. Then buy blower cams second.

I would try to do more internal work first to make your motor run better and stronger, plus your mileage is getting up there.
