I would like to finance a termi but i think thats too much of a burden for a college student. Plus the insurance would be a little too high for me. Also, it's kind of part of the dream AFTER college to own a termi. DOn't wanna upset my dreams so soon

lol, yeah i don't want the worry right now i guess. I just want something with a lil more pop and when i tested that GT, i think i got what i wanted. It was really nice and it's already got the appearence mods i would put on anyways. SO thats saving quite a bit of money off the bat.

Do anyone know what the best/price wise performance mod is? I know someone you said gears/tune, but is there anything else?

Thats thinking smart , If I wasn't in college and had a kid on the way I would finance a termi in a heartbeat but that's not the case. A termi will always be available , Grab the GT and make it your own. Adding a blower instead of bolt ons will give you some great power and a smile on your face. You could go the cam / head route and run some nitrous if you want a everyday cruiser that has some kick in the *** too it if needed. If your in college whats the point of having a 450-600 hp car ?? speeding tickets ?? Any good looking mustang can make alot of girls cream there panties and turn heads on the streets. If this is a everyday driver then I would go with a Gt but if its a toy to mess around in and money is not a object then go with a termi.

that's what i'm starting to think. But i think them starting out at 9900 is reasonable. KBB is like 9600 on it, so i might start out at like 8500. Sound good?

Not always the case. Alot of girls do know the difference. I know my g/f does and she did when I first started dating her 3 years ago.

thats a clean GT man! its cool to get a GT if youre just looking for a nice quick street car than can give most cars a run for their money while still being reliable, which is why i got my car. its aint anything special but when i kept up with that 84 vette i was damn proud!

You might wanna look into getting a Mach 1. they really arent that much higher than a GT, price wise. i like those better than the 01 cobra's

the best mod For GT's besides FI is gears hands down. 4.10's FTW!! full bolt on GT's have put down anywhere from 260-270 at the wheels. add some cams and 300 is easy. i personally think since cliffyk got his car to 260 with nest to no bolt ons just tuning. that full bolt on 2v's should be in the 280-290 range. but thats just me.

Mustang3GT07- You sir, have a wonderful g/f then! haha
Tomorrow I'm going back to talk numbers with them and see what they'll give me for my car. If they don't wanna give me over 3300, i'll just keep my car and sell it personally. I don't think i'll give them over 9 for the GT.

boduke-I would go like to get a mach but thats still in the same category of future dreams right now. Basically, i just want a GT for now until i get out of college.
I think i'd be happy with 260 rwhp.....it beats the 150 i got right now, haha!
