my bad its the lpw stuff, the cover and the tie bar kit above it. i would feel more comfortable with a set of strange 33 spline axles compared to the ones in that kit but that would be your call.
wait what?

the kit im talking about is the strange one...comes with 33 splines and a spool

it just seems too cheap to include the diff also..but i the listing sounds like it

ok so ive got a diff cover and braces, bearing kit, and then the strange 33 spline/spool package...

think ive got it worked out now...sorry so many noob questions

sorry read above post and its so cheap because spools are CHEAP compared to lsds because of their simple yet effective construction just check them out i think most of em are like 130 bux.

the non-deep one. it look like it keeps the tabs tighter to the axle which lessens deflection compared to the longer tabs in the deep kit (ie stronger).

just get some roll bar tubing to make the braces for the front and you should be set.

the spool should come with new carrier bearings as alot of them are different spec bearings with a spool i believe. you shouldn't have to do anything with the pinion gear (probably only gonna have to set backlash again by switching some carrier shims). i always like to replace the axle bearings when putting in new axles though since it only takes 2 seconds with a slide hammer. i'd say just get a set of axle bearings and you can always get the carrier bearings at advanced or napa if they don't come in the kit.
