I have a buddy out that way. I'll ask him if he knows of a chill place to take your car.

i live in maryland, the inspectors are very strick unless they know you. they are supposed to fail you on the spot for any tint, even legel limit 35%. its hard becuse we only have inspection one time and your down forever just got emmisons every 2 years, we are not like VA where you have saftey inspection everyyear, nope one time are we are done thats why its hard. i suggiest you call around all the MSI shops and ask to talk to the inspector. dont listen to some of the bad shops this one shop told me i had to have stock rims which it came with 17s instead of 18s, stock engine. and exhuste, its not truee.
