Either of the above sizes will fit fine on an SN95, but "may" have some fender/liner contact if off-set is not correct. This really comes down to personal preference, as the lower sidewall will make your ride a bit harsher. This is something you need to decide

Well, I was talking about 30% versus 35%, both on an 18" tire since I assume he already has 18" wheels.

315/30 = 94.5mm
315/35 = 110.25mm

Difference = 15.75mm = 1.575cm so a centimeter and a half to be exact. The wider your tire, the greater the difference between the two will be.

he was asking if the front sidewall would look bigger than the rear sidewall. If the fronts are a 275/35/18 and the rears are a 315/30/18, then there would be a difference of 1.6mm in the sidewalls.

You guys are going on possible sizes of the sidewall of the rear, but that's not what he's asking, he's asking about the difference between the front sidewall and the rear sidewalls, which isn't noticeable.

If your talking about the difference between a 315/30/18 and a 315/35/18, it is certainly noticeable for anyone with decent vision.

either way, comparing the rears to the front, they will have almost exactly the same sidewall height.

Lol where did you read that? Did you read something I didn't?

He didn't specify so I gave him an answer to the comparison between 30/35 on a 315 and also said if he had 275/35s or smaller up front, they will look about the same as the rear 315/30.
