I just ordered a 2 1/2 cowl hood from HOfibertrends. I'm getting it and my front bumper repainted for $300. I plan on cutting the cowl vents to make it a true cowl induction hood but should I worry about water or anything getting underneath my hood, if it's raining or just simply washing my car? I just got this car in October and since then I've added Mach 1 chin and grill delete, MAC LT's and Lethal Performance X-pipe, with 17 black Fr500 with 315's out backed wrapped in Nitto nt555.

Also on a side note this past weekend my girlfriends uncle was out of town and he let us drive his 08 shely GT500 for the weekend. All I got to say is this car is amazing. There is so much power!

 

You can have them do cut outs free of charge with your order, that's what I did. The hood overlaps the edge so you won't get anything in there. Good choice!
