A lightning 90mm maf is better than stock. An SCT BA3000 is even better along with the Sniper Bazooka BA3000.
BUT, why are you trying to upgrade your maf? If you don't know, these cars aren't like the 5.0's speed density or hondas where all you'll need to do is upgrade injectors & MAF's and you'll gain HP. In fact, you will not gain any HP from either of those modifications. If you change your MAF to something other than stock your car will not run without being calibrated.

^+1, the stock MAF is 80 mm and will properly meter up to 350+ HP--there is nothing to be gained by "upgrading" it...
