Default Bracket Racers, Help if Possible

I was wondering if anyone here bracket races. I know this might need to be in dragstrip/street section but I was curious what some of you bracket racers do to keep your car consistent enough. During the hot summer days my mustang is not consistent at all, but during the cool days when in 60s and cooler it's consistent. Is there something to help during the hot summer days? I have been a bracket racer for 7 years and have a camaro that I race normally, but I was curious what I could do with this car.

im sure its nothing you've not already heard, shut her down between runs, maybe invest in an electric waterpump/fan.
