but OP.. to answer your question... with approx 450 hp... you should be fine with the stock tranny.... maybe new clutch, so if your replacing the tranny, ya... get a new clutch, the rest of your drive train should be fine.

the rest of your mods should depend on what type of driving you wanna do, if you wanna drag it.... thats a different type of "supporting" mods.

I'd just finish the install... take it to the track and work out the weak links, whne something doesnt work the way you want, then replace it.

Otherwise with the power your trying to make, it should be fine.
