tune up costs?!?

For spark plugs you can do them yourself in about 40 minutes if it's your first time... 15 if you've done it before. On our mustangs it's the easiest car to do plugs I've ever come across. On the passenger side just disconnect the intake and have at it. You don't even need to remove the fuel rail.

QUestion guyz do you have to remove fuel raid and mess around with fuel system if u want to change your spark plugs ?

no but nice to have 3 inch and 6 extensions and maybe even pivoting extension.

Nope, But here is a tool list

3/8 drive ratchet
5/8 spark plug socket perferably without the rubber insert
1/4 drive ratchet
1/4 drive 7mm socket shallow
1/4 drive extention 3-6in long
3/8 drive extention about 6 in long
Torque wrench that goes down to 11-13 lbft (Cliffy Knows the spec so help me out if you dont mind)
A air blow nozzle to blow the debris out of the spark plug hole (very important)
Also a pair of needle nose pliars if you use a spark plug socket with the rubber insert.

I think that covers it if i left something out just add it

English dude ! English !!!! this is why its important to stay in school kids. As for your question no just a PITA on the passanger side. It helps tons to remove the air intake tho , Swivel socket FTMFW !!
