sometimes, my friend's father owns the local ford dealership so i get deals on everything, i just bought a 99 mustang gt 5 spd, with just over 200k, but it runs great and several things have been replaced because the dealership did most of the work. I bought it for 1k. ONE problem was the back left wheel bearing, but other than that its a great car. And as you can see in my sig the whole rear is going to be replaced so it did not bother me. Good luck though, that seems pretty good, but just make sure you go over the car and get under it make sure it really is a CLEAN car.
