Poly has to be formed a bit and is a pain in the butt from what ive heard from my friend with a poly saleen bumper. Id go with plastic or fiberglass.

polyurethane is the only way to go. Fiberglass cracks and chips so easily. Polyurethane is what the original bumper is made up, a quality piece of polyurethane is much more flexible and more resistant to breaking.

my hood is duraflex and I love it. I had a part missing off the original one they sent me so they told me to destroy it, take pics and email it to them. I used a sledge hammer and could not break it. I had to break the corners off. Duraflex is VERY durable. I highly recommend it.
