You should be able to tell by the look of the car if it is a ls1 or lt1 maro. ls1's also sound different.

na, one of em was an older 1 for sure(not an iroc!) but tha last 2 were newer ones w/tha rounded front fronts. but, thats not always an indication of what motor is in it! ive seen alot of mustangs w/cobra bumper covers and only be gt's or 6cyl's! no big deal!
