and as far as exhaust set ups go, be original and decide which combo you like best on your own....if you ask 10 people which combo they like, you'll get 10 different answers..... /of thread

Mrsinister, id say calm down a little bit. This is an exhaust OPINION thread. And from what ive heard in person...shorties dont do crap for sound. My car sounds exactly the same as my buddy's car does with shorty headers, slp o/r x pipe and flowmaster american thunder catback. Mine is stock manifolds, pypes o/r x pipe(same exact design and material), and american thunder catback. Sounds exactly the same and one is not louder than the other so i call BS on the fact that they make your car sound different and louder. Just personal experience though.

Where in CA do you live?

I own shorty headers. When I got my car it had flowmaster catback and shorty headers, no mid pipe. The do make the car a little louder especially from the engine area. You can hear and feel them inside the car. My local mustang shop says they do no more than 2 peak hp to the wheels at best, but they do make a difference in the sound! With that being said, they are still worthless IMO, go with long tubes if you are spending the money, if not dont worry about them.

that is my exact setup.

On edit: I don't feel like babysitting what's about to turn into a pissing match. This thread seems to be going nowhere useful. So I'm IBTL .
