Default *****Tools Needed*****

I am removing my spolior and taking off the Resnators in my SLP 2 Catback, how much louder will the car be with no resnatiors, i know slp 2 arnt as loud as 1s. what size socket do i need to take the resnators out? and will the over axle pipe full off becuse theres no muffler connecting it? i didn't think i would becuse the Tail pipe is connected by a hanger. thanks for any informatoin on what i need and how much louder it will be.

15mm I believe for SLP bolts. It may even be 18mm. I know that whenever I take exhaust parts off o always need a 15 and 18mm socket. That 18 may be for my midpipe though.

And does anyone know the size plugs i need to fill in the holes after spolior is removed. inch ? half inch? thanks.

I dont really get what your asking. Are you removing the LM2 mufflers? If you are... of course its going to be louder you are removing.. a muffler.

Yes, removing the mufflers i heard slp resnatiors are basically like steright pipe maybe thats just the 1s not the 2s . Do you know thu will the over axle pipe full off becuse theres no muffler connecting it?

And this is a dumb question but i changed my oil today and put in 5 and half quarts, should the oil levle be between the MIN and MAX line or close to MAX? Thanks

The SLP LM1's have race resonators and they are just a wider section of pipe, so yes basically just like straight pipes. The LM2's actually have mufflers, so removing the mufflers from the LM2's would make it considerably louder. The section of pipe that goes over the axle does have hangers and would most likely stay in place (emphasis on most likely) but the section in front of where the mufflers are may cause you problems. Another option would be simply buying the resonators that come on the LM1's because SLP has designed them to be interchangeable with the quick removal of a couple bolts.

what about oil level, In between MIN and MAX or al the way to MAX?
