Let's talk trap speeds when talkin cams.. its a better indication of potential...

106 is best I have seen or ran when talkin about bolt on type cars...

So anything above that is going to show the gains.

back on subject...

Hitech Stage 2 cams are one of the best grinds out built specifically for the stock/mild ported heads. No valve spring change required which for many people is a major +1. Most have reported close to 300hp on the dyno.

CMS Stage 2 is a great grind that works with stock heads but shines when heads are worked on. Valve springs must be changed to prevent ptv contact.

Basically...you can't really go wrong with either cam. Just plan around what future mods you plan on doing.
