98 GT exhaust system!

Everyone and their brother has flowmasters with an o/r h pipe...wonder why??? Because it sounds awesome. I dont like h pipes however so i went with an o/r x pipe to give it more of a racecar sound. O/r x pipe and flowmaster catback still sounds deep and has that awesome flowmaster sound to it. I'd make a video of it but its at the body shop back home and im at college right now. If you can wait a week, i can make it for you and post it up.
My dad who had a 93 LX, straight from the ford factory ( his dad worked there ), had flowmaster mufflers, that was all. Factory pipes, headers and it sounded so mean! So he was pushing me towards them, but I was liking magnaflows until i heard them on a 98 GT. So now I'm looking at the flowmasters with mac h pipe, or some brand of x, if it sounds better.
- Checking out Macs again but I didn't hear what I wanted ( Deeper, meaner sound )
MAC o/R H Pipe+Mac Catback
Flows with no cats/h pipe
BBK Catted X-Pipe, Flowmasters

Search youtube for videos of mustang off road x pipe flowmasters. The 99-04 sound essentially the same and combos will sound great on both...not like going from a GT to a cobra or anything. But i think you will be very impressed with it. Also, there are 2 different versions of x pipes...BBK/Bassani's versions and then Pypes/VRS/Dr. Gas/SLP's versions. Try listening for both because they will sound different.
