Question MMR 900 Longblock

My friend just got his MMR 900 Longblock last week and started the install this last weekend and is almost done. He says he is going to just drive it around until he breaks it in but I told him he should buy a tuner until he gets it dyno'd. Anyways he is really excited about the numbers he will be putting down. He is hoping 350whp but I don't think it will be that high. So I am asking you guys what you think he will be at RWHP/TQ. Here are all the specs to the engine:

This Fully forged MMR longblock can handle up to 900HP. They include the
MMR Street Mod 900 shortblock with Forged MMR/Manley Pistons, 4340
Forged Manley H-Beam Rods w/ARP bolts, Forged Crankshaft fully balanced
and blueprinted in a Brand new 03/O4 Cobra or Windsor Block, and fully
assembled with new Ford Motorsport PI heads, ARP head studs, MMR/Felpro
head gaskets, New factory Ford Motorsport Valves, springs, retainers,
lifters, roller followers with factory PI cams professionally
timed/degreed with new timing chains, guides, tensioners and a High
Volume oil pump.

He did upgrade to the stroker shortblock but other than that nothing than listed above. He also has full exhaust (shorties, O/R H) and CAI.

What do you guys think?

Did he go with ported heads and what is his compression ratio? Sorry to burst his bubble but he won't touch 350 rwhp with that stoker kit not without a blower unless he went with a high compression 10.5:1

With 9:1 or 9:5 compression ratio with ported heads he might see 310 rwhp with a tune. Why didn't he go with a nice set of cams??

What is his future plans for that motor and seems to be people simply over buy on motor they will never intend to use...

Congrats none the less and post up some numbers once she is done.

The compression he said was 10.5:1 and he didn't get ported heads. TF heads and cams would have been much less and probably better for his plans/goals for his car.

I will if he can give me a copy of the dyno when he does do it.

He is lucky to see 270rwhp with that setup. Im making 250rwhp with stock heads and cams with mods in the sig with a tune. So the bump in compression one full point isnt going to do all that much. Now with ported heads/trickflow heads and custom cams...he'd be at his power goal with ease.

Haha I'm with you guys. I told him without doing f/i or nitrous, buying the LB was a waste of money.

And to tell you the truth, I don't know if he realizes that the LB is coming with factory PI heads and cams.

To spend over easily over $5k on this and to only gain a few hp. Maybe I can talk him into some f/i or nitrous.

Did he already get it, or can he still change his mind/order?

I seriously doubt it, without any more flow on top end, there will be little gain. Im goin with tj, 270ish sounds about right.
