had mine do that, every time i slow down it'd shut off, turned out to be the aftermarket throttle body needed to be cleaned and adj just a tiny bit. Found that out after cleaning and then replacing the IAC, no change, then cleaned the entire air intake system, with the TB, it was sticking closed when i slowed down, so bumped that screw up a little bit.. fixed it. Its a little screw that is located on the side of the TB that keeps that arm in place to adj idle. bumped the idle up just a nut hair.. fixed it.

The throttle stop screw is NOT an idle adjustment, if you mess with it you'll need to reset it via this procedure.

The PCM will do all it can to maintain the programmed idle speed, by using the IAC to control intake air flow. However, it expects a certain amount of air to be "bleeding" past the throttle plate¹--the adjustment link above explains how to set this up so that the IAC will be operating in the lower 20% of it's range at idle.

-----------------------------
¹ - The throttle plate would stick closed due to combined forces of stiction, binding, and manifold vaccum if not held slightly open by the stop screw.

check the tubing leading into the IAC as well... I had idle issues as well, and replaced the IAC and the TB and nothing... went to go pull the tube off from the intake to the IAC and there was a piece of cloth stuck in it!
